Dear jToolkit hackers,

jToolkit's HTTP server's command line option parser allows one to specify 
a port to bind on, but not a particular address. At CC, we needed this so 
we could bind Pootle to localhost (and then point our reverse proxy at 
Pootle).

We (Creative Commons) hereby assign joint copyright in this patch to St. 
James Software.
