Initial Comment:

I would like a GUI.

If anybody are interested I could make it myself, to be
included with
JTidy (any suggestions are welcome).

there are no plans to include a GUI in the main tidy 
distribution, see http://eclipsetidy.sourceforge.net/ for a 
JTidy GUI integrated with the eclipse IDE.
