[Jtidy-user] Where are the complete JTidy javadocs hosted?

The JTidy How To page <http://jtidy.sourceforge.net/howto.html> gives a
minimal code snippet, but does not link to the actual, complete javadocs.

For example, how would I tidy into a String rather than an OutputStream?
Does the JTidy API even support that?
