On FT8, if QSO RX freq sensitivity is set to high, false decodes with -26 dB quite often, leading to false QSO. Some of this false decodes are present even if not TX from the decoded station.
Max sensitivity possible rx freq to set depends on QTH noise level and structure. Everyone should select suitable sensitivity. Here in my QTH with relative low QRM level for city I can use medium ( not high).
