[Jtdx-improved-community] v3.0.0 of WSJT-X Improved brings a new multithreaded FT8 decoder

Dear users of JTDX Improved,

I like to inform you that a new WSJT-X Improved 3.0.0 250915-RC1 release 
is available for download. This might also be interesting for you, 
because the focus this time is on improving FT8 decoding performance. I 
launched an initiative on this a few months ago, and the results are 
quite impressive. Not only have we succeeded in further improving the 
decoding performance of the existing single-threaded decoder for weak 
signals, we have also programmed a *new FT8 decoder that uses 
multithreaded technology (like JTDX)*. However, our multithreaded 
decoder (MTD) goes beyond the capabilities of JTDX (e.g. better handling 
of contest messages and AP technology, and slightly better sensitivity).

The MTD has its own set of parameters that are tunable for best overall 
performance in your setup. I programmed it in a way that most of the 
options are already familiar to JTDX users.

One of the highlights, however, are the options 2-Stage and 3-Stage. 
This combines both decoders, resulting in the most powerful FT8 decoding 
engine the world has seen so far. Of course, this requires that your 
computer is fast enough to handle it.

Please note that WSJT-X Improved has a much more modern source code than 
JTDX (improved), which is also constantly being developed further. With 
the addition of a new optional multithreaded FT8 decoder, switching to 
WSJT-X Improved should be worthwhile for even more of you.
