[Jtdx-improved-community] Minor update available.

Dear JTDX_IMPROVED Users,

Some of you may have already noticed, I have uploaded new installer
files. This update fixed a tiny inconsistency in the code that caused
the value for the "Align DXCC / distance / azimuth" spin box was not
saved, but instead was always set to 1 after a restart. And
additionally, hamlib was updated.

Honestly, updating your jtdx_improved software is only worthwhile for
those users who use this function, or for those who had problems with
the previous hamlib version. That's why I have only updated a few of the
installer packages so far.
