Hi all,

For your information, I have now changed the code for WSJT-X,
wsjt-x_improved and jtdx_improved so that "United States of America" is
also displayed as "U.S.A.". It will come with the next release. So in
the future it doesn't matter if the cty.dat file says "United States" or
"United States of America".
