[Jtdx-improved-community] DXCC Names

Hi,

With 'Show DXCC names' selected I can see the country for the decoded 
callsigns.
I read that this might come from the cty.dat file.

US stations show as U.S.A. However, the cty.dat file has 'United States'.

Where does U.S.A. come from?
