Did you compile Hamlib yourself?
By default it goes in /usr/local (bin and lib)
Ensure you remove any hamlib package you have installed.
You may have to configure hamlib to replace the installed package.
./configure --prefix=/usr

New to this version of software but not new at all to WSJTX/JTDX. I am trying to install the current release of jtdx-improve from the Raspberry Pi deb file. When I go to install it I am getting the following error message.
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of jtdx:
jtdx depends on hamlib (>= 4.5~git.20211220); however:
Package hamlib is not installed.
But I do have hamlib 4.5.4 installed:
rigctl Hamlib 4.5.4 Jan 10 01:31:41Z 2023 SHA=921cc5
Am I doing anything wrong?
