I've been having a problem with JTDX and WSJTX for the past few days.
I'm using an ICOM 7300 radio and its sound card, 9600 baud. Windows 10, 32-bit.
When transmitting, after a few seconds to two minutes, the software switches back to receive mode on its own.
In JTDX, the red TX power button changes to a lighter color, indicating receive.
When receiving, the time bar ALWAYS reaches 14 seconds out of 15 seconds, or at the end in FT8 mode, or 6 seconds or at the end of 7.5 seconds in FT4 mode.
=> Same problem with RF output power at 0 watts.
I have the same problem whether I configure JTDX as TRX: NONE or ICOM 7300, using CAT, VOX, or PTT methods.
I uninstalled and reinstalled JTDX version 2.2.158, but the problem persists.
I installed JTDX version V2.2.159, same problem.
I tried Windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode, same problem.
I reinstalled the COM2 port drivers, same problem.
I moved the 7300 cable to other USB ports on the PC, same problem.
I replaced the USB cable, same problem.
Thank you very much for your help.
Sincerely. 73 F6GYF
