The jTDS Project has released version 1.2.4 of the open source JDBC driver for Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase. jTDS 1.2.4 is a hotfix release, correcting critical bug .
o , getByte() causes overflow error for negative values.
o , JDBC4 method stubs make jTDS unusable.
