#782 JtdsConnection is blocked

We are using jTDS 1.3.1 to connect to MSSQL 2000 on JRE 8.0.
Sometimes, we get thread blocked. Please see the attached file 'Finalizer-BLOCKED-thread.png'.
We also find the same issue was reported.

The issue doesn't look like completely addressed on the latest jTDS version (1.3.1).
Need to fix to solve the block.
