#653 Problem querying nvarchar(max) field

jTDS 1.2.5 uses ntext instead of nvarchar(max) for preparing queries which leads to an error if one tries to query an nvarchar(max) column since ntext is not supported with the equal operator. Please see https://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/forums/forum/104389/topic/4623409 for more details.
