Delayed sending of messages. FMS has this option. It lets you set a delay of between x and y minutes before your message will be sent.

How exactly does FMS behave when you shut it down before it was time to send the message?

I checked FMS. It simply shuts down with the message not sent. When you start it again the message is still waiting to be sent. I assume the count down is most likely reset and starts over again but am not sure about the details of that part.
