It's been down for a while now. We might need to look at getting another
site for it set up and forking, at least until the author wakes up again.

My initial enthusiasm for writing the P08 code was curtailed when I couldn't
find the site and hence docs. There are several other sites out there but
I'm not sure if they're up to date.

If it gets moving again and I have success with the P08 code I'll probably
look at adding to/writing TG33 and TG55/SY55 drivers too.
