Hi, Well I hope noone takes offence if I sounded a little critical of the jsynthlib project! :) IMO if you have part of a synth driver working - e.g. single patch librarian - its good to submit that part and get it out there. then as you get more parts done to add them in as well. If noone's using the driver then noone's going to report any bugs (or fix them themselves!).
