Thanks to Joachim and to Rib Rdb for making the changes to the build.xml 
and makefile.vars. I had meant to make these changes (including to the 
shell script for running JSL in Linux), but I was waiting to see if 
anyone had any issues with the XML stuff (*aside* from the fact that you 
had to add jdom.jar by hand, I mean) before I made all of the other changes.
