Patches can be send/received now (woohoo): Unlike the others, the first 
device given in "Synth Driver" tab is never choosable when getting 
patches (in Linux only). If anyone knows why I would be happy to see an 
answer.
The strange starting message and equal names for the UM880 are unchanged.

JSynthLib ist great! This really fills a gap for starting to make music 
with my old synths again (if enough time can be found).
