I do not have permission to check it in. This was on purpose as I didn't 
plan to make more than two drivers: Roland MT-32 and Lexicon LXP5.
Testing is not required, just making sure it compiles without problems 
(the previous version had obsolete code).
The current java classes version 0.10 can be found at:
