Hi Joe, You haven't made my prestigious black list yet. No one alive really had, Y= ET! I haven't done all that much on the S80 driver yet other than put a fe= w basic gears in place. You know how it is, program all week long and on t= he week-end it's not so tempting. I'll continue on, however. I was curious about the XML driver thing. It seems promising - for if you = wanted to have a patch library in a native C compiler, if they interpreted = the XML format the same way - the drivers would already be there. Or havin= g a sequencer flip through custom patches or settings on the fly - a plugin= could use the XML drivers already in place.
