Given the following specification, what value would you find in the two 
bytes 230 and 231  for HI SAMPLE NO: 306 (decimal)? 

230 - bit 7  HI START OFFSET  0:OFF, 1:ON
230 - bit 6 HI REVERSE 0:OFF, 1:ON
230 - bit 0-6  HI SAMPLE NO.(MSB) 00~~03E7 : 00~~999
231  HI SAMPLE NO.(LSB)
