Hi,

the source says:

 * Use SysexHandler.NameValue instead of this class. This class exists =
only for
 * backward compatibility.
 * @deprecated Use SysexHandler.NameValue instead of this class.
...

So I think it can be easily removed if no class uses
it anymore.
