Single driver is now fully functional for Casio CZ-101 and 1000.  So .. 
what do I do with the code?  I have a SourceForge account, but do I need 
to beg permission for write access?

Meanwhile, I discovered that core.Driver, AlesisDM5SgSetEditor, and 
XMLDriverImplementation all send NOTE_ON twice when told to play a 
patch.  Shouldn't one of those be an OFF?
