I opened a feature request with the number 1154862:

@Ton:
I you have a SourceForge account you can upload the files
to the feature request so that the JSynthLib developer team
can integrate it.

But as Joe Emenaker explained the release 0.20 has to be tagged
first. So the integration may take a while. Don't worry, you will
not be forgotten. ;)
