The fix is in head.  I made the logic more simple than before.  I may be
wrong as you guys know.  Try and let me know you see something wrong.

It's interesting you always use icon, and I never use it, isn't it? 
Well, your comment made my todo list longer.

        Add balloon help on tool bar.

I don't use icon because I cannot imagine the job of some of icons.
