Hi,

I'm not sure if this is related to one of the last changes in saveFrame()
or not --- it seems that it isn't possible to save a bank anymore

The problem can be reproduced in the following way:
   o ensure that the Kawai K4 driver is available
   o create a new library
   o create a new patch, select Kawai K4/K4R Bank
   o edit the new bank
   o click on File->Save

Following error messages will appear:

(Workaround: the library which contains the bank can be saved properly)
