XML driver is disabled by default (Re: [Jsynthlib-devel] Roland GP16 and JSynthLib 0.20)

I've added a field, DevicesConfig.useXMLDevice.  By default it is set to
false and XML driver is disabled.

I think this is the last open issue reported recently.  Am I missing
something?
