Do you know an editor which demonstrates this problem?

Once the mouse button is released, SysEx parameter should be sent out. 
Do you want to sent out the parameters during dragging?

It should be easy fix, but I'm afraid it might send out too many
messages.  But it should be same as other widgets, ex. scrollbarWidgets... 
I'd like to hear more comments about this.
