I have just the "Yamaha DX7 Mark1". But writing the drivers for: -Yamaha TX7 -Yamaha DX7-II -Yamaha DX7s -Yamaha TX802 I got to know these synths pretty well from manual side (at least I think so). So it shouldn't be a major problem to change these drivers for future API changes. I also know the: -Yamaha DX1 -Yamaha DX5 -Yamaha TX816 from the manual side. But alas I'm missing some specification and (mainly) the practice to control these synths. But I will change these drivers too, even if someone breaks (currently only a rudimentary DX5 driver exists). What I want to say is that the whole DX7 family is (at least till now) in my responsibility. But of course everyone is welcome to improve these drivers. Bye Torsten |
