Finally I am beginning to see the end of a very long development cycle.
I started to write a Roland D-10 driver for JSynthLib 0.16 but maybe because
I didn't grasp the concepts, or because the application was a bit immature
(or I was), I put my development efforts on ice until a couple of weeks ago
when I started the hard work to upgrade my work to version 0.20.
Now I have a driver that supports the majority of the functionality of the
D-10 and it is almost completed. I thought it was time to announce the
driver so that there will be no more duplicate work. I noticed that there is
an MT-32 driver which protocol is closely related to the D-10 but I noticed
it too late to use any of it.
Now I have to catch up on how to submit stuff to a SourceForge project and
of course, finish the driver.
Best regards,
Roger
