#26 Raw Byte loading & saving

One feature that i would really need is to save the
incoming raw midi-bytes into a file and send them
later back. There should be no filtering of the data
and also no recognition of SYSex commandos. Just
simple capture incoming bytes, save raw and load back.

This is for a forthcoming midi-interface for the
Commodore64 with Prophet64 as Host-Software.

Would be nice if i could get a reply, if thats
possible or if not.

Needs to be reviewed. It's better to post something like this on the mailing list for discussion
because it seems I'm the only one who's looking after the feature requests from time to time.
