#14 Midi Buffer Full message on Yamaha TX81Z

I don't fully understand the issue, but its quite easy to get the "Midi Buffer Full" message on the Yamaha TX81Z. I think it means too much sysex has been transmitted too quickly, which means we might need some kind of transmit rate limitation in the driver.

I bet there are lots of other dodgy old synths that have issues like this as well, so this is probably something that should be done generically.
