[jsyncmanager-open] jSyncManager v3.0 API gamma 02 and CAS gamma 02 now online.

Hey Everyone:

	Just FYI, the jSyncManager v3.0 API and CAS gammas 02 are now
available online for download.

	This release fixes a minor discrepency between the jConduit
Development Documentation and the CAS Gamma 01 implementation, which
caused a NullPointerException if a jConduit attempted to return null
for it's configuration JPanel.

	Please be sure to download and test this release, reporting any
and all problems to "su...@js...".  We expect this to be
the last of the v3.0 gamma releases -- v3.0 final should be out
sometime early next week.

	As always, if anyone has any questions or comments, please feel
free to let me know.
