[jsyncmanager-open] jSyncManager Licensing Changes

Hey Everyone:

	Just FYI, the licensing for some of the jSyncManager classes
has been changed today from GPL to LGPL.  Specifically, all of the
sources in the "org.jSyncManager.API" and "org.jSyncManager.Transport"
packages (and their sub-packages) are now LGPL licensed.  All other
classes continue to use the GPL license.

	This move has been made to enable more closed-source developers
to make use of the jSyncManager APIs.  In particular, this will allow
developers to create closed-source jConduits if they so desire.  It is
our hope that this move will encourage the development of more
jSyncManager-enabled applications, while retaining the Open Source
integrity of the jSyncManager itself.
