I''ve been a quite busy lately and haven't had a chance to finish up
the DnD stuff.  I'm going to be out of the country until June 5.

If you or someone else wants to get it rolling before I get back, all
that needs to be done is that all the DnD inner classes in
DefaultTreeView should be moved and patched in to the
NodeTransferHandler class (the classes should be modified to use the
TransferHandler when moving data in/out via drag/drop or
cut/copy/paste).  Otherwise, I'll get back on it when I return to the
States.
