[jsurfer] JAXP support and Log4J integrated

The property "saxDriverClass" has now been removed, so from now JAXP decides which SAX2 parser to use when called by SAXBuilder.

I've also started to convert all classes to write all debug messages out with the help of Log4J API.

I recommend the following packages inside the risotto/lib directory:
- crimson.jar (1.1.3)
- jakarta-regexp-1.2.jar
- jdom.jar (b7)
- log4j-core.jar (1.1.3)
