For 2013 televisions (ie 6008) and perhaps also some 2014 (untested, non-Android X009) the DirectFB functionality was changed which lead to text not being displayed anymore. This release slightly changes this and makes limited text possible for 2013 TV's, and possibly helps with some non-Android 2014 TV's. Note that the memory available for DirectFB is very small in these sets, so you will not be able to push (large) PNG files. Simple text with a small font (e.g. decker.ttf) should work.

On request, a compiled version of JSTx-0.23 for older models Philips TV 2009 and 2010 (Jointspace SDK 1.2) was added.

The first BETA release for JSTx has been made. Use this BETA release to test JSTx in your software and give feedback on the tool.
