#24 Menu and Toolbar functions

The menu bar and functions should have at the least:

-Connect (brings up connection list)
-Disconnect (disconnects current connection and disables text
box)
-Quit (exits program)

-Cut: Cuts the selected text area
-Copy: copy
-Paste: paste

-About: describes the JSQL Edit program in a sentence and
provides a link to the web page
