TODO should actually talk about:
	* The JSP page(s) used to administer the database(s)
	* Initial package structure and justification
            * The database specific (DBS) classes and the relative package
	* The mediator classes that exist between JSP's and the DBS classes
	
   Expanding these, becomes the basic plan. Add more likely.

Im ok with that, i have more experience with oracle than with MySQL, so i
can work on the oracle side, but remember we are going to have a common web
administering page for the X databases we will support so we need to think
how we are going to implement it.
