I second this - as a brand new user it took me a while to figure out what I was doing wrong - I came here to post the same request:

In the "Application" section, "Classpath" section should come BEFORE "Main Class" as one can not browse for the latter without first defining the former! This is intuitive to long-time users but "not so much" for new users.
