#86 Icon .ico not supported?

I want to use a nice icon for the application icon, if I use .png compilation works but the result is very ugly.
I'm sure the icon is okay, tried many .ico and none is working, and the icon is working on Launch4J (another Java to exe wrapper).
Is there a way to use a nice windows .ico?
The generated .exe on Launch4J is very nice, but I still want to use JSmooth.
Perhaps someone can take a look at how Launch4J icon implementation http://launch4j.sourceforge.net/
