#79 Busy Mouse Icon on startup

Hey, this tool works great!

One issue though. Using a normal command line startup on windows, my app comes right up.

Using the .exe windowed skel - the mouse pointer shows hourglass after my main window comes up for like 5 or 6 seconds.

This makes my startup look slow and is confusing as a user what am I waiting for? (even though startup is done)

Win Vista 64 - JDK 1.6
