Parse NOTIFICATION-TYPE. This will allow one to:
1. resolve oid to trap name
2. find all varbinds for a specific trap

I'm interested on find a way to obtain the list of traps (and their parameters) defined on a specific MIB after parsing it.
Guess that it is not possible right now, is that correct?
