This patch uses a variable called "MTMSSNAME" and some
code to provide different style sheets for different
browsers. The style sheets are named
"[MTMSSNAME]-[browserType].css".

Suggestion is to add the variable, use it if the user
has set it. Otherwise, set MTMSSHREF directly. See patch.
