[jsmenu-help] Announcement: v2.3.2-macfriendly is released

This release is just a bugfix release, addressing the problems running
the menu on IE5/Mac. All changes are done internally in mtmcode.js,
therefore to upgrade from v2.3.2 all that is need is to copy the new
mtmcode.js over the old one.
