#47 TreeMenu Generator 1.8 incompatilbility

This is not a bug with Javascript Tree Menu but I
didn't know how to report it to the author:

TreeMenu Generator 1.8 generates a code.html with
var MTMSubsGetPlus = true;
which causes a javascript error in mtmcode.js

if(MTMSubsGetPlus.toLowerCase() == "always" ||
MTMEmulateWE)
