#4 Opera 5, no tracking of back/fwd

When a user navigates from one document to another
using the Z/X-keys (back/forward) or right-click and
choose back/forward the onload event in the document
doesn't kick in. This disables the tracking. Is
there any way to make Opera _always_ call the onload
event handler without resorting to "please don't cache
this document"?
