#22 Target _blank loses focus

When using target="_blank" or the name of a
non-existing frame to open a new window the usage of
focus() to bring focus to the last clicked element
makes the new window lose focus. Only applicable to
sub menu item's with a URL since in all other cases the
menu won't be refreshed.
