JSIL: Jon's Symbian Imaging Library / News: Recent posts

JSIL, a C++ library for image processing on the Symbian cellphone operating system, is now released. The library includes a pipelined image processing model, several image processing algorithms, and classes for efficiently managing images under Symbian. Also included is a modified SnapShot application that detects the pupil and iris-sclera edge in an image captured from the cellphone camera, intended for use as part of a biometric identification system.
