#31 Appending signature invalidates the first

When I append a second signature, the first is invalidated, even though form filling and signing is allowed.

There is also an anomaly with the certification details: "Certified by %s"

    Apologies, according to this forum thread, it seems this isn't a bug per se

    so I dropped the priority

    For reference, to avoid the issue covered here, ensure:
    First signature = "Form filling allowed"
    Subsequent signature(s) = "Not certified"

    Would it be possible to override the certification level if it is detected there is already a certification signature in the file?
